Having achieved a Detailed Planning Approval on behalf of Rudding Park, Enjoy Design fully detailed and administered a traditional contract to extend their current hotel to include a spa facility with hydrotherapy pool, treatment suite, thermal rooms, guest swimming pool and an additional restaurant.
Commencing on site in two phases in January 2015, the scheme was delivered on time and within budget in March 2017.
