Working with CBRE, Enjoy Design developed a new Call Centre concept for BT within an existing facility in Warrington approaching obsolescence. Understanding that travel time across a large building was costly to the business in down time, a central atrium stair was proposed to access new breakout areas which doubled as a Town Hall meeting space for groups of various sizes to meet. The proposal looked for a radical, sustainable and creative re-use of an existing building.
