A unique re-development of a former heavily industrialised dyeworks within the Rawdon Conservation Area. Extensive new construction and refurbishment delivered a wide variety of individual apartments within the Main Mill and retained outbuildings including a 3 storey Atrium naturally lit by a newly installed roof light, within the profile of the original Northlights.
The perimeter of the site re-aligns an existing watercourse within an environmental protection area enhancing Biodiversity within the site.
