Enjoy Design were engaged by Canada Life to undertake design services in relation to the upgrade of landlords areas at 1 St Paul's Place, Sheffield.
Located adjacent the Peace Gardens in the heart of Sheffield's Central Business District, the scheme included the overhaul of the existing double height entrance lobby to create a striking new arrival space for existing and prospective tenants. More widely, works involved the upgrade of lift lobbies, WC's, rooftop plant and the Category A fit out of two office floorplates.
The project was completed in Spring 2024 and achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating.
