Enjoy Design were approach by Drum Property Group to prepare proposals for a multi-storey residential Build to Rent scheme on a brownfield site to the south west of Leeds City Centre.
Following a successful pre-application process, a planning application was submitted for 391 apartments over 27 storeys. The scheme includes over 700sqm of private resident amenity space including a family hub, hobby room, wellbeing suite, co-working and private dining spaces.
Externally, proposals include 1,200sqm of external amenity including a public walled garden, rain garden and a 12th floor residents terrace. Wind mitigation measures are sensitively integrated into the scheme and utilised to add interest to public spaces, creating shelter for active play and exercise.
