A feasibility study for a large city centre regional headquarters. Flexibility in the core location and design allows full 20,000ft² plate occupation or sub-let into as many as four individual 5,000ft² tenancies for future use and adaptability. The reception area is designed to allow multiple prestigious companies to co-inhabit the same building or alternatively work from a singular concierge operated reception.
The façade is highly glazed for aesthetic effect but maintains a 50:50 solid to void ratio though the integration of laminate interlayers providing bronzed and anodised effects within the glazed units. This contributes towards a reduction in solar gain with low energy and renewable technologies being proposed to achieve a minimum BREEAM Excellent rating.
