A highly complex refurbishment of 5 existing Mill buildings previously known as the Naylor Jennings Dye works. The scheme involves elements of demolition and sensitive new build in conjunction with refurbishment of parts of the former works that have historical value.
The completed scheme will provide 55 contemporary apartments with a good deal of unique character including refurbished cast iron columns within the central atrium and the original clear span north light trusses left exposed within the high ceilings.
