Redevelopment of the existing Norgas Office site to provide 92 houses and associated lakeside amenity building. The scheme has been designed to maximise views onto the lake by integrating home zones within the masterplan and reducing the impact of cars by the use of rear parking. Links with the wider community have been deliberately encouraged by providing a public open space situated along a lakeside board walk, connecting with the existing network of perimeter lakeside footpaths and parking facilities.
